Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different color, size or item. Then place a new order via the webshop and you will receive it quickly. We will refund the amount to be returned within 2 working days after recept of your return.

Follow these steps for a return:

• Please return your order within 28 days.
• Return the items neatly folded in the original packaging to us within 28 days. Make sure it is clear from whom the shipment is coming by attaching the return form or packing slip.
• Costs for returns are for your own account. It is also possible to drop this off at our store in Weesp. (take note of our opening hours)

We ship worldwide by DPD with track and trace. For costs estimation make an order and the costs will appear during your check out. Unfortunately orders outside the European Union cannot be returned.
